Every Quell there is a Mayoral and District Thirteen Presidential election. For the purposes of this page, the term "Mayors" will also refer to the D13 President. Each member may run for the election in multiple districts, although multiple Mayors are unlikely to be awarded to one person. Mayoral Elections consist of several events over the course of roughly one month, and members accumulate points through these events; at the end of the election, the administrators judge the candidates and make the final decision of which characters are awarded with the Mayor positions.
