'Post-A-Thon is a site-wide event organised by staff to encourage posting and use of inactive characters. The idea was originally suggested by Kay. A Post-A-Thon occurs every time there is a Games held on the site, usually beginning after a Reaping or Day 1. They proceed for around 2 weeks, with a week beforehand for sign-ups. The aim of Post-A-Thon is to reach your word count goal (minimumm of 5,000 words) in two weeks time, with $150 of site money awarded to each member who achieves this, and an extra $500 prize for a staff-selected winner. There have currently been 6 Post-A-Thons to date.
