Matta was born on July 21st, 1998 in Morgantown, [[West Virginia]]. He has two older sisters whom he claims to be the only things that really kept him sane growing up. Matta always loved to write and play word games such as Scrabble with his family, and he would frequently come up with imaginary stories. He probably filled up at least fifty notebooks with various short stories he had written at a young age. At the age of 9, Matta accidentally signed up for a Warrior Cats RP and immediately became fascinated with the intricate world of text-based roleplaying. From there he hopped from online community to online community, staying at a fansite for the television show Harper's Island for quite some time. He still joined various roleplays with his best friend, though never really branched off to find his own until he was eleven years old.
