Bette Sublino

Bette Sublino was a tribute in the 80th Hunger Games, reaped in the District One Female place. An antique curator/restorer and black market weapons armorer, she used her observational skills, craftsmanship, and self defense training to place second in the California-themed games, "killed" by Anatalia Morrisen in the the Finale.
- Revived due to the 80th Quell twist, Bette is back in District 1, the long-term always in sight.
