Avox (character)
Avox is an eponymous named Avox played by Elegant. She is an Avox who serves on the Hovercraft Enterprise. She was born in the Capitol of a rape and sold to a laboratory to be avoxed and tested on. As a result she has many different body modifications and sticks out like a sore thumb. Despite her childhood in captivity, Avox is rather intelligent and extremely curious about most things.

Early Life
Avox was born and raised in a testing lab based in the center of The Capitol.
- "I'd been running through mazes since I'd learned to crawl, been testing traps since I had the brain power to think."
Family
Her mother was an Avox like herself that served a wealthy family. Her father was her mother's owner that like to be frisky with the slaves. When Avox was born, she was gotten rid of instantly.
- "I don't remember much about my family. There is the smell of burning wood, a light, someone laughing (high and tinkling like a crafted champagne glass when it breaks) and then nothing."
Lab Rat
- "I was never docile, never easy. As long as I had thought, I could rebel against the tortures bestowed on me."
In her early life as a labrat, Avox spent much of her time triggering traps intended for the games and running through mazes filled with muttations. She and her kind were injected with many stimulants and drugs in an effort to see what would make her more capable when it came to participating in activities. They were made stronger and sometimes weaker by the injections they would get. Oftentimes, they were forced to trigger traps on each other to test how well they worked. Many traps that are used in the games today were first tested by these particular Avox.
When Avox came of an age, they took her out of the physical testing and she was used as a testing body for plastic surgery. Many modifications were tested on her and she was used as a sample for Capitolites that might like to purchase a certain modification. As a result, most of her has some sort of modification and there is nothing very natural about her appearance.
- "You are lucky," they'd say, "No other Avox could aspire to be as beautiful."
The Enterprise
Eventually, Avox was sold off to the Peacekeepers as a human shield, intended to be nothing more than a faceless uniform for rebels to shoot at instead of the important people. Instead she was placed on the Hovercraft Enterprise and was hired to serve as an errand girl. While on the ship, she met a young boy named Pavel Chekov. She likes to follow him around and learn from him, as well as make him blush.
