Samiyuq Hernández Huapaya
Samiyuq Hernández Huapaya was a tribute in and the Victor of the 2nd Hunger Games, Reaped in the District Five Male position. Ze is known for being the site's (and the timeline's) first trans and/or nonbinary Victor, for being fluent in Quechua and conversational in Spanish, and for being real sad about some bats.

History
Only child of Achik Huapaya Iturri, farmer from Peru. Grew up raising goats with Achik; reasonably idyllic childhood except for the part where Panem is an oppressive state. Joined the rebellion at ~fourteen and spent some time in the field but ultimately wound up with Nemesis-Cassiel, a program that bred stolen mutt bats and trained them to carry explosives to designated targets. Loved the bats; killing them, and doing so in a way that was aimed at destroying infrastructure and/or military targets but inevitably caught civilians as well, did a number on hir. Went home super traumatized when the rebellion fell apart and tried to move on with life but wasn't very good at it yet. Got Reaped.
