Life
Early Life
Eternity was born in the year of the 44th Hunger Games to working class District Five parents, struggling to get by and already with the mouth of her twelve year old brother, Clement, to feed. Shortly into her childhood, her mother passed away, sending her brother into a deep depression and her father into an almost mechanical, emotionless style of life. Eternity herself released her anger and sorrow through running, and building dens in the old ranches at the edge of the District. Needless to say, she always preferred her own company to that of other people. Eternity had two notable relationships in her teenage life; one with Bethlehem Astar, a boy with a chronic mental illness who was taken to a home on the far side of the District when Eternity was thirteen, and one with Almos Oberon, who Eternity had to leave behind when she was Reaped.
61st Hunger Games
The Reaping
Eternity was Reaped along with Haff Ferde in District Five's 61st Reaping. She accepted silently and without protest, with no assumption that anyone would volunteer for her or come to her aid in any way.
Training Centre
Eternity met and befriended Destiny Queens in the Training Centre, and they agreed to be allies in the Arena. She did her best to avoid any interaction at all with the Careers or her District Five counterpart. In a brief mentoring session with Lethe Turner, Eternity was given the advice to focus on survival rather than attack. However, in her Private Training Session she showed off her knife skills rather than her ability to endure and survive, and was awarded a score of 6 for her efforts.
