Fitz Ripley is a tribute in the 61st Hunger Games. He is notable for being betrayed by his ally in the finale, killing Stark Harper, and having the most kills in the 61st Games (4).

He was supposed to be a total wimp but then he killed a (mermaid) Abri Bello. He became bffs with Klaus in the Seashell Room of the Sandcastle because some nights they stayed up cuddlin' in their hammock.
