Piper Lacour (born Piper Freeman) was the female tribute from District Twelve in the 4th Hunger Games. She was known for being a Dark Days war refugee from District Thirteen.

In the arena cells, Piper kept to herself as the uprising began. Only when Keepers began to attack Nieve Villanova did she speak out in disgust. The Keepers retaliated and broke her hand.
