Helderic Ekon was a tribute in the 55th Hunger Games. He scored a modest 9 in Training. But it seemed not to help him as he came in 22nd after being overpowered by Kale Forrest during the Bloodbath. He was one of Skyler's later characters who could be considered the most succesful, as Helderic scored a 9 while his others only got 1's and 2's.
