Wynter Rochelle
Wynter Rochelle was the female tribute from District 2 in the 79th Hunger Games. She was notable for being a villain who eventually sacrificed herself for her alliance.

History
Wynter Rochelle was born in the year of the 62nd Hunger Games. She was an identical twin. Wynter was a promising career who loved her sister and training for the Games. She was very much encumbered by pro-Capitol and pro-Games propaganda. As the twins grew older, both began to develop debilitating mental illnesses as the pressure of being teenagers in Two ramped up. Summer developed OCD, and after being attacked while walking home from training at 14, Wynter developed a severe case of misophonia. This made her prone to random, violent outbursts towards other careers and her sister - once accidentally smashing a plate over her sisters head. Despite the way she treated Summer, she still cared for her deeply - growing to hate herself even more for her behaviours. She often wore earplugs in an attempt to control her triggers, and always slept with them in.

Pre-Games
The Bloodbath
Wynter panicked at the sound of the gong, grabbed a knife and fled to the River with nothing else. She was delivered valuable sponsorship items shortly after. The canon fire signalling tribute deaths triggered a panic attack that lasted several hours.
Early Games
After stumbling across [[Mackenzie Pryce], Ike Tate and Faline Varley, Wynter snuck up on the alliance and pressed a knife to Faline's throat, threatening to kill her if they didn't allow her into the alliance. Begrudgingly they did, and when the alliance fought Mutts at the Pirate Ship on Day Two they spent most of their time arguing over Wynter's ridiculous demands and threats.

Death
On Day 4, The Second Star along with Charlie Surber were attacked by a swarm of Nakom mutts. Fatigued by her injuries, Wynter distracted the Nakom by screaming - effectively opening the wound on her neck and causing herself to choke on her own blood, to allow the trio of Charlie, Mackenzie and Faline to escape. She succumbed to the swarm, who stabbed her in the eye and instantly killed her.
Trivia
- Wynter's twin sister, Summer, was reaped for the 69th Hunger Games (because time is a melting clock, lol). Hedvig Fabre volunteered in her place.
- In the 'in-between', a fictional afterlife for Zoe's tributes, she brought snow.
