Circe Lyon was one of the female Tributes from District Two in the 70th Hunger Games. She was notable for being the twin to Jaime Lyon, a tribute in the 64th Games, as well as being a member of the Merry Murderesses. She was a part of the powerhouse alliance BARFs as well as the Lust Triangle.
