Glacia "Lace" Eon was the female tributes from District 9 in the 76th Hunger Games. She was notable for being a silent but skilled fighter.

History
Glacia "Lace" Eon was an orphan housed at the House of Eons, a fighting ring camouflaged as a private orphanage for girls. Lace arrived at the House of Eons with her sister, West (now brother, Lief). As a child she named the youngest baby at the Eon house 'Bay', who could never pronounce 'Glacia' - hence inheriting the nickname Lace.
Lace was made to fight her housemates multiple nights a week, often taking the place of West so she wouldn't suffer any injuries. She was fiercely protective of her sister, the only person in the world that she loved.

Upon arriving at the Capitol Lace kept primarily to herself. Basil Isley became quite fond of her.

In the group fight between Peaches and Cream and Star Squad on the Beach, Lace was caught in the crossfire and was killed by Emberly Lowe. She cried out to her allies Titus and Kaiser to help her, but Kaiser was decapitated while Titus was distracted fighting off Emberly. She bled out on the beach, begging Emberly to "Tell West...", but Lace never finished her sentence.
Trivia
- Lace was made for the House of Eons plot created by Dars, based on Eevee Evolutions. She represented Glaceon, the Ice evolution.
- The infant she named, Bay Eon, represents the Water evolution.
- In the 'in-between', a fictional afterlife for Zoe's tributes, she brought flowers - they reminded her of her brother Lief.
