Pre-Arena Life
Mackenzie Pryce was born in the year of the 62nd Hunger Games to Juno Pryce, a single mother. He has a fraternal twin named Maxine Pryce. As children the twins inherited the nicknames Mickey and Max. Mackenzie's father was Bryson Ripsaw, the District Seven mayor (Term 75th - 80th) and was completely absent from the twin's lives. Mackenzie and his sister spent much of their childhood outdoors.

Upon his crowning Mackenzie set off on his Victory Tour. Here he met....
After his Victory Tour concluded, Mackenzie discovered he had a half-brother named Marley Cost. He invited Marley to live with his family in the Victor's Village. Mackenzie also entered a casual relationship with his former mentor Jacinta Salazar, but broke things off around the 81st Games.
After the 80th Games had concluded and it was revealed all the tributes would be resuscitated and returned home alive, Mackenzie became close with his two mentees Angel de Costa and Lex Lionel, allowing the former to live with him.
Mackenzie would often wake up with cuts on his hands from impulsively carving his ally Wynter's message into his palm as he slept.
