Early Life

Ingrid grew up on the outskirts of district eleven, her family did not own much of a home. They were rumoured to practice all sorts of dark magic, the folk of district eleven actively avoided the small outcrop of trees they sheltered in. Although district eleven was a harsh place, that forced you to work, they were left alone, their mysterious outlook on the world, and unorthodox attitudes made them unwanted company for harvesting crops. Not many peacekeeper's could actually pin down the location of the family, with no home, really, to live in they could move easily and avoid anyone that tried to hurt them. With a large number of siblings, Ingrid grew up in a family of girls, each and every one of them displaying a unique characteristic towards nature. Some of them were rather unsettling, Ingrid, believing that salvation and the only way to live and die was to drown, Orinna believing the ground was poisoned, Hestia believing she was a child of district four, Arletta believing she could breathe underwater.

67th Hunger Games

The year of the 67th Hunger Games had Ingrid reaped, she was called to attend the games. No one stepped up to volunteer to save her, her sisters watched on in the crowd, unwilling to sacrifice their lives for hers, some of them, like Arletta, simply believing no one could defeat their sister. In the end, still waiting for her to come home.

Early Games

Ingrid escaped the chaos of the bloodbath with nothing more then a bruise. After having been attacked, stupidly, by an unarmed tribute, Eira she left, a bunch of items the result of her work in the chaos. The tribute that hit her was killed off, destroyed within moments of laying a hand on Ingrid. The bloodbath did not go according to plan, they soon found themselves missing on of their allies, Siren Baitwell. The hours dragged on and with no ally in sight Potato Earnest, Sonja Arcopello and Ingrid Elwyn moved off, effectively removing their lost ally from the group. Little did they know Siren Baitwell had betrayed them, instead joining along with Leon Krigel, who had consequently ditched his own alliance for no apparent reason. As the first day moved on Ingrid Elwyn claimed her first victim, killing Cystine Crystal in a quick fight. The days continued with the three of them ending up in fight after fight, Ingrid, however, was lucky enough to leave almost every single fight without a single scratch. Even when faced against for opponents she left unscathed, her two allies taking every hit instead.

Kills

Day one brought with it Ingrid Elwyn's first victim. Cystine Crystal was not much of an opponent for the water loving district eleven tribute. He was half way dead by the time Ingrid killed him. However, he was the first to be claimed by Ingrid's whip. Her next victim did not fall until day four, the district nine boy Nocturne Vargas perished under her relentless attacks, her allies helping her to achieve her next kill. Her last victim was the feeble district seven female tribute Aelia Vanderwell, the fragile girl stood no chance, taking hit after hit from Potato Earnest and Ingrid Elwyn, it was Ingrid's final hit that killed her. The district eleven tribute shoved her spear through her chest, causing Aelia's lungs to burst where she drowned in her own blood.

Death

Day six was the end of Ingrid Elwyn. It came at the riverbed, by the hands of Leon Krigel. The district four boy and eleven girl fought, weapons flashing in the heat of the day. It took a long time, both talented fights, both desperate to survive. But in the end it was too much for the district Eleven girl, and she succumbed to her wounds, falling into the embrace of the water by the river bed. In the end, however, she got what she always wanted. Death by the water, as it filled her lungs, as she drowned. It was the purest way to die, it was the way Ingrid Elwyn wanted to go, and she died, in the embrace of the water, just as she had always wanted.
