Stark Harper was the female Tribute from District One in the 61st Hunger Games. She was notable for being literally the devil and for having drunken hatesex with her mentor, Topaz Ross. Her hobbies include verbally and physically abusing people, murder, and knitting.

Dante Ramadar was her bitch.
Early Games
Walks casually away from the bloodbath. Kills Chole Corby. Steals Wilson the Coconut from Killian Reese. Dante is horrible at killing Ghulls so she sort of definitely attacks him a bit with Fallstreak's whip.
Abusing Dante Ramadar
Basically she berated him and belittled him every chance that she got. But she did keep him alive for awhile, so there's that.
Feast
Stabbed Penelope Libertine in the eye. Her ally died. She gave zero fucks.
Late Games and Death
There was a crocaconda and it was vicious. She'd've made boots out of it if she had the time. Fish Ripley kind of killed her a little. But she doesn't like to talk about that.
