Quinn was born shortly after the 75th Hunger Games in District 10. She is the youngest child of 5 on her father's side, and her mother's only child.
Appearance
Quinn inherited her mother's pale skin and facial structure and her father's dark hair and grey-blue eyes. She carries the red-hair gene, albeit recessive.
