History
Emberly Lowe was born in the year of the 60th Hunger Games. She had a twin sister, Clementa Lowe, an older sister Myara Lowe and a younger sister Kiara Lowe. Two of her sisters were reaped for the Hunger Games as punishment for Saffron Lowe investigations into her father and his family. Emberly and her sisters were cousins of Saffron on their father's side.
